The TPA was notified of thirteen bank account changes that needed to be made to the current EFT file. We received twelve new additions that were also added to the file. These changes/additions were made and a new file was distributed today, April 25, 2014. Please check your CGDP mailbox to confirm receipt. For these twenty five records, we have updated the banking information, and the EFT Effective Date column with 04/25/2014.
